I heard there were bed bugs in apartment 12 (not sure of the number). The gentleman reported to management and after 3 months not resolved he moved out. This is heresay but I can get confirmation. I am concerned because I live close by this apartment. I do remember seeing an exterminating truck (not for bed bugs ) one day in the parking lot about two months or so ago. We have lived here for 10 years. Bed bug bites started several months ago. Knoll Gardens has sent exterminator every other Friday since it started; today is the 6th extermination visit. We have encased the mattress and box spring in Protect-a-Bed covers, removed all bedding, curtains, etc., and followed all precautions, but still see at least 1 or 2 bugs every day.
