Me & my husband stayed one night to get away. I woke up in the middle of the night because the back of my neck was itching so bad. I felt some whelps so I turned on the light & sure nuff, there was one in the bed- caught him in the act. I called the front desk & he did switch us to another room that we didn't have any problems from but We haven't been back since! I got home & washed EVERYTHING thoroughly!!!

Just moved in with 3yr. Old, havent been here a month and my daughter and I have haf allergic reactions to these bugs. It makes me feel nasty and not clean..stay aeay from here!!!!

Me and my husband and two kids decided to stay at this hotel after a reat night at the hotel across the street (America's Best Value...which I highly recommend). To save on the rates we saw the sign for Crabtree In rates of $39.99....although the hotel is huge and unoccuied with a green pool and ancient, decripd surroundings....we nicknamed the "Haunted Hotel" for how eerie it was. Although old it still looked clean, after 1 night I noticed a few mosquito bites on my dauhgter, but since just on her we assumed she ot from a mosquito oustide. We left today after 2 nights and I have over 30 red bug bites on myu body along with several on my husband, around 20 all over my 4 year old son, and the worst my daughter with a whopping 109 bites all over...and her bites look like welts. We are going to the hospital first thing in the morning to document and see if there is anything we can do legally. I also wanted to warn ---although there are no reports officially on here as I discovered ths website only thorugh havng bedbugs and getting information I assume others have not known of this site but if you google Crabtree Inn reviews as I did (too late) you will see several other bed bug complaints.

I stayed here a couple years ago and got bed bugs bad an especially all over my feet. I hope they have gotten this taken care of. It was awful!

Last night, 10/30/10, went to see The Town and have been eaten all over by bed bugs! My rib cage is covered in welts as are both my thighs down to my knees. More welts on shoulders. HORRIBLE. This place needs to be closed until they can treat for this!
