The motel has changed the name to American star inn.Me and my two kids woke up bitten I pulled the matress back and sure enough saw one. We then moved to another room after carefully washing everything and again pulled mattress back seen two of them.

We have seen no bugs but have murmurous bites and itching on out bodies and my head is itching Gross!!

There were bedbugs all over both queen size bed.. My friends and I was all bitten and still itching.. We still have not found out if we brought any home but our hair has been itching none stop.

Comfort Inn Jackson

Stayed at Comfort Inn on Greenway Rd. Woke up with bites...went to doctors and it was confirmed. 3 weeks later and I still have the bites and itching! Manager states he didn't see any...avoiding the problem for sure. DO NOT stay at this hotel.
