My daughter and I stayed one night ... two double beds ... room 216. We were both bit numerous times. Kathy (employee) at 12:23 MST on 8/9/11 said "We don't have bed bugs or a problem with bed bugs. We spray twice a month." DO NOT STAY HERE ... awful problem, awful service!!! This is the only hotel we stayed at on our trip. THEY DEFINITELY HAVE BED BUGS.

Stayed on the 4th floor and located bed bugs in room. One guy in our group was fed on. Nice hotel, BUT, it has bugs. Refunded room and cleaned all our stuff. 8/1/2010
