I believe we got bedbugs from our stay there on Feb 26-27. My wife has bedbug bites all over her body and we haven't been anywhere else to get them. Please check that room and others.

I was scheduled to stay July 12-14th 2011. I checked out the evening of July 12th because I had some form of bugs in my bed. Looked more like lice or flees, but I am not an expert so could have been bed bugs. The hotel was already dirty, so I am not surprised. I have been traveling for 8 years and not overly picky when it comes to a hotel experience, but when I saw small bugs crawling on the mattress, I was out of there. Best part - they told me I still had to pay for my room service! Seriously?!?!

Two months after staying at this hotel between Dec. 24 and Dec. 26, I developed an infestation for the first time in the 41 years in which I'd lived in this apartment. My brother and I had checked for bedbugs but had obviously missed them. The room was cold--I had to order a heater--so it would be understandable if the bugs found me fast through my body warmth. I have spent well over a thousand dollars with Anderson Pest Control getting rid of this awful, awful plague, which has spread to (but been checked at) the apartments above and below mine. I am furious at the terrible housekeeping that allowed me to bring home the worst Christmas present possible. I'm not suing them but I think they should do the decent thing and help me out since they caused two months of agony for me and my neighbors!
