Every apt in complex has been evacuated. At least the owner is handling it. Men from the work house (sts) are doing the work to remove the bedbugs and cockroaches, so I dont know how well it will be taken care of. The whole inside of the 4-plex has been demolished and the foundation heated. I do applaud the landlord for taking action, but feel it should have been handled by professionals and not men who have broken the law and have no experience or knowledge. Please contact the city prior to signing a rental agreement.
