I stayed at the Quality in on June 6th, 2011. Upon entering the extremely hot room, it finally started to cool down in about an hour. At approx 10:00pm, I noticed a bug (I am not sure if it was officially a "bed bug") crawling from the headboard section of the bed. I immediately killed it and after that I noticed another one. I was already getting ready to leave the room at that point. The front desk switched me to another room. I was too paranoid to sleep at that point and after about 1.5 hours in that room, I checked out of the hotel at about 3:00AM. I eventually got my money back but it was after a lot of effort as management was not helpful at all.

I stayed here twice in two weeks and got eaten alive by bed bugs. The hotel refuses to acknowledge that they have bed bugs.
