I have been bitten over and over again since two days after I got here. They claim they heat treated the room the day before I got here. That another client did not leave all her stuff and reinfested. But the truth they are only treating the rooms as people complained. So they keep moving room to room.

My son, My roomate and I have been bitten repeatedly and complained to management. They used a fly by night pest control who only treated our apartment. Less than a week later we are getting bitten again and they will do nothing. Avoid Bronco Apartments at all cost. It's miserable!

My son woke up scratching. Further inspection, had bites all over him. Checked the sheets and mattress and saw blood. Reported to desk clerk, she didn't seem to interested. We cancelled the rest of our reservation and left.

took management over a month to respond, company chemical treated our apartment and a couple others,there very hush hush on infected units,does not matter they have to treat whole complex these little bastards move on,80 percect of bedbugs are imune to pestisides , they must be heat treated. we dont know what to do there back two days later from treatment,we are going to cunsult a lawyer, we cant afford to move and we have to discard all our furniture or we take them with us.

I First started getting Bite back in October of 2009. It took me untill January 2010 to find one to take to the management team just to prove that I had them. When I took the bedbug to the office they started treatment on my apartment. I did everything I was suppose to and even today I still find them in my apartment and we are still getting bites. The whole process from begining to today has cost me over 8,000.00 in supplies cost of laundry and storage to deal with the bedbugs. I have asked the managment here at FoxRidge Apartments to try to take up my carpet because the chemical treatment isn't working. They refuse to replace my carpets. I am a single mother of 4 children that live here with nothing in my apartment. When the manager told me that he wasn't going to call the pest control out to spray my apartment anymore because it wasnt working they moved to giving everyone spray bottles of mint sented alcohol.I have had to call the main housing office in Grand Rapids on two seperate occasions. I still today on September 10th of 2010 still have bedbugs. I along with several other tenents are at our wits end over what to do next. The management team is not doing everything to help us with this out break of bedbugs.
