I stayed at this in July 2011. during my stay i found 2 dead bugs and brought this to the attention of the front desk. they told me that they would do a through cleaning. The bedding was never changed. My 4 year old daughter came to stay with me on my last night and when we woke up she had bite marks on her neck. menttioned this to the fromt desk and they refused to honor any customer service guarantee. so i am taking this complaint to the public. these bites were confirmed as bed bugs from her Pediatrician. do not stay here
