Moved in and immidiately began experiencing bites. We did not know they were bites, they looked more like hives so we assumed it was an allergy to something. Six weeks after moving in we moved our furniture and found a massive infestation. We moved immidiately.

Stayed at the Knights Inn North, Grand Rapids on January 21, 2011. When we checked in we asked if they had any problems and were told no. We went to the room checked the room and did not see anything. Slept for the night and the next morning the sheet came off, went to fix it and found a dead bug. My daughter then seen a bug on the sheets and then seen one walking across the desk. We did receive a refund but the people acted like they didn't see that before. They didn't even seem concerned. I believe they have had these problems before.

My husband stayed here last night 12/12, and found bed bugs in the bed. I have a call to the corporate offices because the manager on duty did not refund the cost, she only refunded the cost of the room he had also booked for the night of 12/13.
