Found crawling on my pillow. This whole situation was handled very poorly by the hotel. They sent us to new rooms (because the one we were in was a suite without our clothes and personal items being sterilized. So, the rooms we moved to were 304 & 306. The clothes and personal items were sterilized AFTER we had already stayed 1 night in the new rooms.
Our check in date was 12/30/2011. We checked out on 01/03/2012. I just now found this website and noticed that someone else has posted a finding on 01/03/2012. I would like to know when you were in the room and made the report? I have pictures of what I found. Bug, infestation, etc. Please reply to rpshaffer88@gmail.com so that we can discuss.

found one crawling on the night stand. checked the box spring and found another and a few shells. also pulled the headboards off and found 4 more as well as fecis... the mgr said they are not bed bugs if they are crawling on the table... really?!
