Room Number: Building 4 - multiple units
4 units in building 4 were infested with bed bugs and the apartments were heat treated multiple times. Management failed to notify residents - we only found out once we pressed for answers as to why our apartments had been ransacked - sheets off beds, cushions off couches, etxc. It was a nightmare! Beware of less than clean conditions!

My husband and I vacation in Maine every year. We awoke to find there were large welts on my back and side of neck. He did not get bit at all but knowing that bedbugs are on the rise I checked out the symptoms of bites and sure enough that was why. I was out in the parking lot dousing our luggage with isopropyl alcohol and hoping we didn't take any home. It was a terrible experience and cut our trip short. We will not stay at this hotel ever again.
