Three bugs crawling around on sofa within half-hour time of sitting on sofa. Killed one, gave to staff, cancelled stay at hotel. The staff were very pleasant and shocked and were immediately pursuing the issue. 17sep2011

I am covered in bed bug bites from staying there. I am constantly staying at Comfort Inns since I travel a lot. This is the first encounter I have had with bed bugs and will never stay there again. After calling them to inform them that they had bed bugs, they said the room was currently occupied and couldn't do anything about it until after the current left. The last straw was that they wouldn't inform the current guests of the situation and let them stay in that room.

My girlfriend and I went to this motel at the end of August 2010 for a one night visit. We checked in and thoroughly checked the mattress, box spring, etc due to the recent reports on bed bugs. Left for dinner and returned to bring our luggage in. While my friend was getting the rest of her luggage I noticed something crawling on the white wall, BED BUG!! I grabed our stuff so fast and got out of that room. My friend got a tissue and grab the bed bug and took it to the front desk. They accused her of bringing the bug with us. Very rude people. We ended up driving 3 hrs back home. Did research after we got home and found that this motel was reported for bed bugs on Trip Advisors website.
