On the weekend of 10-23/10-24, one of my students woke up to bed bugs biting her neck. Not good. The hotel lobby took the complaint as BB; the fact that they have a shorthand for the situation makes me think this has happened before.

I have already reported this incident to the Watertown Health Department, but I figure the more pressure the better.My husband and I have stayed here for several weekends over the past 7 years w/no problems. This stay I got bitten several times on my face and chest. I even was able to produce a bed bug- I must have swatted in my sleep- and some of my blood! The day manager agreed that I was indeed bitten. That made no difference on check-out. Only one night compensation out of 3! That's better than the gals who got nothing! The hope is to help eradicate this awful problem in the US and abroad!

I stayed at the Super 8 Sept 22-Sept 26 2010. It appeared to be clean. However, I DID get bed bugs from this hotel. I have bites all over my body. I am very miserable. The girl who stayed with me also has bed bugs now too. I called the hotel to report it and they informed me that they have indeed had other reports, but never for the room that I stayed in (room #231). So they did not really believe me since it has never been reported from this room (like they cannot spread?!). They refused to offer me any kind of discount or refund and were unsympathetic and rude. DO NOT STAY HERE- THEY HAVE BED BUGS.
