I found bed bugs in this hotel, and when I confronted the front desk they didn't even apologize, but just had an explanation as if they deal with beg bugs all the time. They had me switch rooms while I was at work that day and assured me they had inspected my new room and found nothing. Yet when I looked for myself I found a host of rotten food crumbs and garbage underneath the bed, not to mention the used condoms and wrappers underneath the mattress as well....great inspection guys! I will never return and urge you to do the same!
