The Hotel we stayed at was the Courtyard by Marriott located at 150 Royal Plaza Drive Fitchburg, Massachusetts. On September 5th 2010, my family arrived at the hotel at about 4pm in the afternoon after a long drive from Maryland. We were assigned room 508. After pulling off the bed spread of one of the beds, my wife and I decided to lay down for a short nap prior to going out to dinner. About 20 minutes later my wife woke me up to show me a very small bug that had crawled on her. Closer examination reviewed there were bed bugs on the bed. I captured one and placed it in a baggy. After presenting our finding to the manager we were relocated to another room on the forth floor of the hotel. Needless to say we tore off all the bedding to closely examine our new beds before we were confident that we were bug free this time.
