I changed rooms 6 times in 2 days and still found bedbugs and tons of roaches. Disgusting and they would give me at least a refund.

Bed bugs in the bed! Told them about it and they refused to give back my money! Blood stains! sickening! They argued with me about it finally got paid back when I threatened to call health dept.
