There r bed bugs when u pull the sheet down and under the padding!10 of them in 5min of being in the room! They need to attend to their rooms better, they r clean its just I dont like renting rooms and taking bugs home with me on my clothes! Its not worth it!

Mattresses, box springs, furniture thrown out in the apartment complex dumpster. It was clearly written in permanent marker on all articles "bed bugs" and stains were visible. I am unsure which apartment these came from, or if the management is resolving the issue. When I signed the lease 2 months ago, they assured me they do not and have never had any type of bug problem. So either that was a lie, or this is a new problem. I just hope that they take care of the bug problem better than they do these apartments.

Went to bed for like 2 min, but got back up to set the alarm. When I turned the lights on there were about five bed bugs crawling across the sheet to where I had been laying. Grrr. Took a plastic bag & sealed a few up to show the manager. Got my room switched, but now I have to head to the laundry mat in the morning. Blah!

Bugs here. Very clean building, very clean apartment. But yet, they don't care about that, do they? We got em. We've had an exterminator in. It helped but we've still seen them here and there. Going to call landlord about a follow up spraying today. Mattress covers are in place, baseboard sealed, and rubbing alcohol is sprayed every day. Been washing and drying clothes and bedding on high heat, and often.

My family and i chose this hotel because of the suite and the pool. the room, however was dirty and i felt the need to buy my own cleaning product for the bathroom. i did not get bit by bed bugs at the hotel while we were staying there. i did not check for bed bugs either. a few weeks ago i found three bites on my shoulder in a linear pattern and thought they were chiggers from digging in the dirt the day before. my husband found a bug in his hair over a week ago and did not know at the time what it was. a several days ago i read an article about them and checked my bed to find them crawling close to the boxsprings. i have been traumatized ever since to the point of not being able to sleep. we have not been anywhere else and know that this is the place where we brought back bedbugs to our own home. now we have to spend money we dont have and possibly throw away new furiture just because of the infestation. i will never stay at this hotel again.

We stayed and discovered the bed bugs late at night after being out shopping all day. Informed the desk clerk, she offered us a different room. We decided to just drive home. She said she couldn't refund our debit card, so we called the mgr the next day. She said it would be refunded, but instead, she charged us again. Finally after almost 2 weeks we got our money back. They did not seem to care at all that they have this problem.

11-16-10...I woke up to blood on the sheets and discovered I had been bitten by bedbugs after we pulled down the mattress cover and saw the bugs. I had more than 35 bites. I immediately phoned down to the front desk. They were less than helpful. They sent up a maintenance man who took a sample of the bugs, and then they sent up trash bags. They never once offered to help with laundering our clothes or anything. They didn't give us any suggestions on what to do, not even where the nearest laundromat was. They acted like since they didn't charge us for the stay there was nothing else they could do. The lady at the front desk became visibly angry at me when I asked for a copy of the receipt that she had written "No charge, bed bugs." This is one of the most horrible experiences ever. Everyone that works there should be ashamed of their establishment. Whatever you do, avoid this hotel at all costs!!! It's not worth it. I had to seek treatment at a local Urgent Treatment Center because of all the bites.

school year 2009-10, my child lived at this apartment complex. Within 1 month, we found out it was infested with bed bugs. Local management showed little concern. After calling headquarters, the exterminators were called and sprayed 3 times over a few weeks. We think they finally were gone but never sure. Other apartments also were infested from talk at the bus stop.

When I lived at this location on the top floor, we moved in and cleaned up the place on our own to save $50 the first month and move in a bit quicker. Not a big deal. I moved all of my things in, including 2 $1,000 + queen size mattresses. The next month, the master bedroom's mattress had been infested and we threw it out along with the box springs. Next of course came the couch, futon and my new mattress and box springs. During all this we told the landlord who only said, "Bugs?! I never heard of bugs being here!" We moved as soon as the 6 month lease was up.
