I was laying in bed after sleeping in the bed all night and seen a bug crawling on the blanket and knew right away it was a bed bug. I got up and put it in a cup for evidence. We were with our youth group and so I went to tell them. There were 8 in the room beside us, 2 in our room and some (not sure the count) in another of our rooms. I will NOT stay there again. 2/2012

Stayed at the hotel January 25th. A couple of days later I had bumps all over my body. Went to the doctor and he confirmed BED BUGS. I've been itching for a week now and have trouble sleeping. NEVER AGAIN

I've never stayed at a worst hotel in my life, and I've been in the military and stayed at some shady places. The hot water didn't work, and they wouldn't switch our rooms. The T.V.'s cable didn't work and neither did the wireless connection. Our room was never cleaned. Worst of all I broke out in rash, and went to the Doctors a few days later to find out I had bed bugs. I had to throw out a number of clothes and get an exterminator for my house. The wildwood inn refused to refund my hotel, and gave no apology. They where very rude and repeatedly told me I was mistaken. I originally paid 150 dollars for 3 day stay, which turned into over 500 dollars in expenses to clean me, my wife, and two kids of bed bugs. I would stay in a jail cell before i stay at the wild wood inn suites again.

We stayed at the hotel the weekend of November 21st. We never physically saw any bed bugs but the very next day I had bites on my hands and arms. I went to the doctor as soon as they appeared and then called the hotel (not accusing them) but to inform them what had happened and that they should inspect the room we had been staying in. I was told that all rooms had been checked and were deemed okay. Maybe I just had a reaction to the chlorine in the pool. I was never compensated for the bites or given an apology.
