After unpacking,on arrival, I sat in a armchair in room for a while. I felt an itchy bump on my wrist, thought it was a bite but did not think about it. That same evening as I pulled back covers of bed found a single bug crawling across sheet, under pillow. Called desk immediately and was not offered any assistance, not even a change of bedding was available (late at night, "no housekeeping" or other staff around to assist). I am so upset because I have never had this experience, I did not know what to do. Have to finish my stay here, part of friends wedding. Wish there was some protocol for hotels to follow when this happens
