About a month ago (March 2011) I stayed at the Comfort Inn Hutchinson. It was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I checked in - went to my room - noticed a pubic hair in one bed so went to the other bed (exhausted and there were no other hotels available). I stayed up working per usual on my computer. All of a sudden at midnight a black bug was crawling around on my bed. I had no clue what it was - well, I called the front desk. The guy came up to the room and said, "yep, that's one" - "it's a big one" - probably the last thing you want to hear. It's been a month and I still don't sleep right at hotels. What an awful experience! I notified the manager / owner. Still to this day, they have done absolutely nothing to appease the situation. I notified Comfort Inn corporate. They did nothing either. What a terrible organization! I just hope they get what's coming to them. Hotels like this don't deserve to be in business.
