we woke up to welts on our faces and arms. I found bed bugs and informed the management. They said the room contents had to be discarded. I discarded my infested suitcases and they won't even pay the $800.00 for the room let alone the clothes or suite cases. Sent us to the med station and won't pay that either. It's been a year. Horrible liars. All they wanted was for us not to tell the other guests. Zurich Ins. is their company. They are a nightmare. We need an attorney to get anything. We were on a teamsters convention. The attire was formal.
