My family in I checked into 6 rooms in this hotel to prepare for my wedding weekend. From the moment we got there we had nothing but complaints. The rooms smelled of pure human body musk, the bathroom smelled as if they had been mopped in urine. Non smoking rooms smelled like a smoke shack. A micro-fridge was placed in the suite but not plugged up, there for the carpet was soaking wet from it defrosting. When we left the rooms for house keeping to "clean" we returned to a tv on and the X-box had been played. But most disgusting of all was the morning of the wedding when the culprit who had everyone itching throughout the night was finally caught red handed. My younger brother/grooms man comes in the room with a blood stained cup and his shirt up showing us what he just pulled from his chest. Another one from his girlfriend's chest and my 2year old flower girl had been bitten on the legs. A bridesmaid comes in shortly after with one she saw running across the pillow, full of blood and blood streaks at the foot of the bed. She also found bugs crawling on her shoes and on my 6 year old ring bearer. Another grooms man comes in with a cup. His bed bug is alive and full of blood too. He caught his running on the wall behind the headboard. Hotel manager tried to argue giving us our money back and claimed to have never had this issue before. When we further investigated the rooms we found what appeared to be boric acid under the mattresses of each bed and in the chairs. We spent our morning packing, checking our bags for the critters and rubbing each other with calamine lotion. Please read these post and don't not put your family and friends through this. My biggest concern now is that no one takes these things home with them.
