We checked into room #229 9/25/2010 before a college volleyball match taking place at Drake University. Went to match and out to Drake Diner after. Settled into our room at approx. 10:30 pm. Checked out at approx. 12:30am after the night manager came and verified the bugs in BOTH beds. We have a folio that states refunded 9/26/10 12:30am with the night manager's signature. We ended up driving the 3.5 hour drive home instead of checking in anywhere else. We were so grossed out....now we want to do our due diligence to make sure that someone does something at that hotel to try and eliminate the bugs. At a loss at who to notify. Came across this website. Hopefully reporting here does some good?
