Overheard employees talking about room 309 and how there are bedbugs everywhere and the owner doesn't want to call the exterminator as he thinks they will call the health department due to the severity of the infestation so maintenece worker was told to treat the room himself--they all seemed concerned but afraid to call anyone due to fear of losing their jobs. I have stayed at this hotel several times for extended period and only had one incident of bed bugs bites but the management is blantantly not handling the issue correctly and soon the entire hotel will be infested

Kept getting bit by something and had numerous bites on myself, my kids, and my boyfriend. Finally we checked the room and didnt see any on the bed or anything and i looked over and there was one just sitting on the pilloww. We reported it to the manager and he laughed about it and didnt do anything about it but try to switch our room.

Had a multi night reservation but checked out after the first night! Coming into the room and having a roach there should have told me something! Front Desk agent did not care. The next day my husband and I woke up covered from head to toe in bed bug bites. After bringing it up to the GM ( DEE) he even claimed that we are trying to scam him! Would never ever stay there again the place is horrible and dirty
