STayed here in Dec. 2011 for one night. Woke up with bed bug bites. Reported it to management who seemed more concerned with convincing me they didn't have bed bugs than dealing with it.

Stayed for one night on Saturday, May 14th. Slept on my right side all night because a three year old and four year old took up most of the bed space. Bites on my right side from abdomen to my back. Did not notice the bites until after check out the next day. I was the only one bitten. I was not planning on going back to that hotel anyway....but I am sending them a letter.

found a bed bug on the morning of December 9th in the bed i had slept in for 2 nights.I did kill the bug (which was full of blood)and put it in a zip lock bag. I Reported it to the front desk. They looked shocked and didnt seem to know what to do. They asked if i "wanted" to report it to the security department, But i was not able to stay becasue i had to leave to get a cab to make it to the airport on time. I just got off the phone with the hotel. I called to make sure there was a formal complaint, but they did not seem too concerned either! i will send a picture of the bug on friday dec 10th.
