I just returned from a two night stay at Sunset Tower and I discovered bites on my legs that match what bed bug bites look like on Google images. The hotel was fine in other respects, but maybe reporting this can help them get on top of the problem.

The Grafton on Sunset

I stayed at the Grafton last week during a business trip and was bitten over 20 times by bed bugs. I suffered an allergic reaction to them and had to go to an emergency clinic. I cannot get management to call me back from this hotel despite the fact that there are many reported cases on Trip Advisor for this hotel.
