They gave me a key to move into a less smelly room last night that looked cleaner than the bed bug room. Bear in mind, this was after working all day and evening and returning and discovering the bed bug last night. I posted that incident last night and am in another room for my last prepaid, non-refundable day. I woke up this morning after barely sleeping last night in the new room. I peeled back the covers to find two smaller bed bugs. I squished the two bugs and yep...there was my blood on the sheets!!! This time I took photos of the bug's bloody spot and my bites. This is one of the few hotels on the net that have been reported with bed bugs. I have a HUGE problem with the fact that the first reporting was back in July! And...they cannot say I did not report it because that is the reason they moved me. I can verify that they know and are aware. Not only did I notify the office, I emailed their corporate headquarters this morning in disgust. Sure...bed bugs can exist; however, upon notification and months to eradicate, this should not have occurred. These people are making good money. Now I have to return home and pay for dry cleaning for my dress clothes and go through the pains. This is time consuming, expensive, and disgusting. Don't stay here. You will regret it as there is no discount worth getting eaten by bed bugs and the cost of your cleaning, particularly if you have a good amount of clothing for longer stays. And I can vouch that they have bed bugs in more than one room. I hope you are luckier than I and read this prior to staying.

I relocated and am staying at the Ramada Limited. They gave a good price for 10+ days. The first four days, they had noisy people overhead and I also felt scratchy. The room smelled and was beat up. I went out and bought an air freshener as I had to pay in advance to get this price and it was non-refundable. They moved me to another room after a few days and complaints about noise above me until after 2 a.m. The room that I was moved to was somewhat better but still smelled. I was also itchy. But I did not notice anything right away. This morning, half asleep, I saw a bug near the pillows on the other side. It appeared to look like a brown lady bug without my glasses. I rubbed the sleep from my eyes and strained. It was not a lady bug but similar in size. I squished it with my thumbnail and it just left a small brown spot, so I was grossed out but off to work. Mentioned the description of the bug to my mom on the phone. She suggested bed bugs. I thought - no way. I was checking out the next day and did not have to return for a week. It was prepaid. The thoughts made me scratchy and I thought it was just psychological. I did have bumps on my arms but thought it was just the thoughts that made me itch. I looked up bed bugs on Google before returning to the room and figured it was just a random bug this morning from outside. When I arrived, I undressed and moved a handbag that had been on the bed for the last couple of days, I saw EXACTLY what I had viewed on Google just an hour ago! In horror, I took the back of my nail and squished it. It was full of blood!!! I immediately complained. They acted as if they did not know anything about bed bugs and had never had a complaint! They moved me (or I moved myself for the night to another room). Finally, after the third room in 10 days, this one does not smell, but I have looked at the internet and now see that they have been reported before. Apparently, there is nothing being done as the experts on the internet state that they must professionally be removed or exterminated. Great. Now I have to go home and debug everything I brought - all of my dress clothes used for my employment. This is absolutely disgusting. I guess any place can have them but these guys need to be reported until they professionally remove them. Ugh! Don't let the bed bugs bite now has a horrific connection.

On July 31, we stayed in room 107. When we woke up at 7:15 am, we happened to catch 4 bed bugs in our beds and watched 2 others escape. We gave the 4 in a cup to the front desk, who swore they didn’t know they had bed bugs (although I just found a report here from 7/26 - so they were lying). They did quickly offer to return half of our $230 paid for the one night stay. We ended up with almost 100 bites on the 4 of us. My 6 year old had the worst bite marks with 36 welts on his face, arms and legs. - Several of which have still not healed fully, months later. Horrible Experience.

July 26 2010 I found a very big bed bug right after we checked-in. My husband put it into a piece of paper and took it to the office. He was going to give us another room but as soon as i moved the pillows on the bed there was three little ones moving around in the one too. We had three rooms book luck i was the first one there from our group. We went a found somewhere else to stay.
