I stayed at this hotel on August 27 2011 in room 37 and was bitten over 100 times by bedbugs. When I informed the hotel manager, he informed me that they did not have bedbugs and that I had probably left the window open and was bitten by a mosquito or something. However, I have the photos to prove it. Bites from my toes, all over my feet, up my legs and back, on my arms and hands. After promising an immediate refund, nothing arrived on my credit card bill apart from the original charge. When I called to complain and demand my promised refund, the manager said it had been done and that it was my credit cards fault. That call ended with him telling me to ‘go sc**w myself’! Such customer service! Avoid this hotel like the plague that it is.
