April 19th found in the early am. Bug on pillowcase. Rooms are dirty as well. Manager alerted and all linens were removed. Checked out so not sure what their follow up on the room were.

We were at the hotel for 2 days.the first morning,we were itching but didn't notice too many bites.The 2nd morning my daughter was covered with bites.We went to the manager and he said he will investigate and call us.When we got home we left our luggage in the garage,and the next morning there must have been between 80 and 100 bugs all over the clothes and suitcases.We through everything in the garbage and later that day we got a call from the manager saying that indeed they found bugs in the room.I would like to be reimburssed

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Noticed after first night a few bites on my arm, after the second night I had over 80 bites all over my arms, back, chest, etc. We asked for the manager, he was not there and the front desk seemed not very interested. Offered to move us or spray the room. I was very uncomfortable the entire trip with all the itching and the unsightly bites. Syill having trouble sleeping because I am so worried I will wake up with more bites (if we brought any bugs home from the hotel). Horrible and disgusting experience.

I dropped a towel on the floor and picked it up within 5 seconds and put it in the sink and 20-40 bugs appeared. We called the front desk they sent someone up and the maintenance man confirmed they were indeed bed bugs. My suitcase is now infested. I spent the trip itchy and uncomfortable with no clothes or shoes because I didn't want to get any more bites. The manager admitted they had a problem with them and 3 other staff members told us they had a problem with them on the 3rd floor so they moved us to the second floor and that room had them as well. I have pictures of them in the sink and my trip was completely ruined. This place was disgusting.
