I saw 2 reports on line that they had bed bed bites. FamilyFirst17 ‎ - Jun 7, 2011 BED BUGS & POOR SERVICE! An embarrassment to all of Sedona, Arizona. The rooms were disgusting, and ours was in a hallway that appeared much like that of a basement. We had absolutely no view (even as we were promised one). Room service was HORRIBLE. It took them hours to deliver our food, of which was then NOT OUR FOOD! To top it off, they are located at the bottom of an enormous hill, which makes it hard to walk anywhere. We had to drive and find parking, which was the ultimate hassle. On top of it all, they slip in resort fees that are unannounced. Looks like you're getting a great room deal (in a basement - with said views).. but you are actually charged almost double in the end. I will give you three reasons NOT to stay at this terribly managed, overpriced and poorly located resort: 1) BED BUGS: I woke up with bloody bites all over my body, as did my partner and our two children 2) UNSTATED RESORT FEES: We were unknowingly charged resort fees every night of our stay, that went to pay for God knows what. It almost doubled the price of our room in our final bill. 3) NOT GAY FRIENDLY: We were treated like second class citizens to the extreme. I stayed Sedona Rpuge Hotel Room #113 on March 13th 2011. That night I had really bad experience with bedbug bite on my bed. I caught 2 bedbugs and one killed, brought to front desk around 1 a.m. Since then extreme itching all over body with rash, so I could not sleep well. So, I went urgent care when I came back to Las Vergas.
