Massive infestation of bedbugs complex wide. Had a delayed inspection by 2 months before someone finally came out to inspect! Horrible, TERRIBlE infestation! DO NOT move here! Everything is going to have to be thrown out upon moving out. lease or NO lease! Nothing is killing these nasty vermin. They keep coming back regardless of treatments!

Me and my roommates wake up every day with new bites on our body. My one roommate has an infection on her arm now due to these bites. This apartment is filled with bugs!

They want us to pay $700 for these bed bugs that someone else in our apt. complex brought in. There is more than one incident here if u check into it.

These apartments are infested and the office will not do anything about it. I had to go a buy the pesticide and spray myself. My whole family was bitten. The office had the exterminator inspect my home and he located and confirmed that I had them and he said that he wanted me to get my house ready to be sprayed. I dryed everything and bagged it all up. It took me 2 weeks to get everything done. I had to take time off of work to make sure that I had everything prepared. I paid a babysitter to watch my children when it was supposed to be done. When the time came he never showed. I went to speak to the management in the office and they said that they were bringing another exterminator out. That day the new exterminator came but the office said i could not be in the home while he inspected. I waited in the office and the manager came back without the exterminator and said that nothing was found. I was very steamed. I went home and found some bed bugs and put them in a zipper bag and took them back down to her. She looked at them and said "oh those aren't bedbugs, we don't have bedbugs at these apartments" she said that they must be another type of bug. I showed her the bites all over me with no results. I thought about going to the drop box at night a dropping some bedbugs in their so they can see that this complex is infested. LOL I gave up on trying to deal with the office and I do it by myself every two weeks and I have not had any problems but others in the apartments have. I had to buy this really expensive pesticide, but it is worth it.
