My wife was woke up by something crawling on her. When she turned on the light she found Bed Bugs. She killed one and blood squirted from the bug. The hotel Mgr. Refused to refund her and insinuated that she brought the bugs with her!

I was laying in bed on my phone & saw a bug crawling by me. I turned on the lights & killed it with my shoe. Blood squirted out of it. I started looking all over the bed & noticed another bug crawling. IT WAS A BED BUG! Then, they refused to refund our money! And didnt even apologize! Do not stay here! Bed bugs & poor customer service

stood in rm 120 and was awaken by an inch and after awhile I noticed bited and I looked on the bed and there were about 20 bugs in the bed,,,searched around there wewre on the floor ,,the bathrm every where !!! they changed my rm and didnt charge me but I could not go to work because lack of sleep

Bedbugs have infested this entire complex and the Management could care less.
Before vacating the complex, I contacted code enforcement and was informed of a previous report and instructed moving out was useless. The furniture I left behind was sold by the complex manager and the unit was rented out the next day. Seeking legal advice.

Stay at the hotel at room 1329, asked hotel attendant to do something about it, since I couldn't sleep the whole first two days because of itching. Finally I asked to change rooms. Now that I read the information about bed bugs I am really concerned, as I asked this to the attendant the first night and she said no way!....not even checking on it!
I slept fine the next night in the new room. Trouble is poor next passenger in room 1329 if they are not willing to take care of the problem!
