While staying in room 210 at America's Best Value Inn in Tuscaloosa , AL on 09/30/2011 I encountered BOTH beds filled with bed bugs of various sizes. we notified the front desk, initially they blew us off and said it was nothing they can do. After being notified a 2nd time they came up, saw the bugs and assured us they were not bed bugs.They moved us to another room which does not solve the problem, it only spreads it. 2 days later i notice clusters of small bumps all over myself and my 1 yr old son which fit the description of the bed bugs bites.And after researching images of bed bugs those were in fact the bugs i encountered that day that they did NOTHING ABOUT.

Comfort Suites

We stayed in the Comfort Suites in Tuscaloosa Alabama. We had reservations for three nights. After the first night we woke up and I noticed blood spots on one of the beds, I went and looked on the other bed and again found little blood spots. My friend began itching and is covered from head to toe in bug bites. The front dest clerk refused to go see the room. I took pictures of the bites but neglected to take photos of the bed.
