We stayed one night. Active adult bugs even present during the stay. Date: May 16th-17th Hotel staff gave us blak bags and told us to put our things in it.. that was all. No response from hotel.. they are refusing to respond.

We found bed bugs in our suite on September 6th, 2026 around 9:30 am. We alerted management who sent down their head house keeper and other staff. They inspected the bed and said they would alert management and tell us the plan. We waited a few moments and they didn’t contact us. I went to the front desk and they said they were trying to find vacancy at another hotel in the area. We told them that we decided to leave a day early so we could clean our items. I requested black garage bags, which they gave me and I was told they would refund our trip. I asked for a written incident report and was told they would give me one after we packed up our stuff. After we packed up and asked for the incident report again I was told that the manager, Richard, would contact me when he gets back and Tuesday and give me an incident report then. I was saddened to see that there was another report on this website about bed bugs in our room in May. It’s obvious that they didn’t fix the problem and knowingly put us in a room with a known bed bug problem.
