I am writing regarding my recent stay at Quality Inn, 710 West Kimberly Avenue, Placentia, CA 92870, United States. I booked my reservation through Booking.com, for 2 nights , from Tuesday June 22 through Thursday June 25, confirmation #14920237771422669031 Room number 337 During the first morning of my stay I notice few bites and the second morning of my stay, I noticed many more inflamed bites on my lower part of the body while getting dressed. At the time, I did not know what had caused them and completed my stay. After returning home, my husband examined the multiple bites on the backs of my legs and buttocks, and they were consistent with bed bug bites. I called the hotel back immediately and spoke with the receptionist that assured he was going to report the incident to the hotel manager and that I was going to be contacted shortly. Since then, I have experienced discomfort, pain in few areas, burning sensation located to the bites areas and have had to take additional steps with topical cortisone treatment, oral Benadryl and to inspect and clean all my belongings. Today is Saturday June 27th, and so far no one has followed up with me. I am very disappointed by this experience. I chose your hotel expecting a clean and safe room, and this situation has caused me significant inconvenience and concern.
