Checked into this hotel on Thursday, August 1, 2025 for a four night stay. By Sunday morning I was covered in itchy red spots. My daughter who is a nurse checked me and identified the spots as some sort of bite. We looked at the mattress and found that not only was it not encased in a proper mattress cover, but we spotted a bedbug and a lot of bedbug feces in the trim around the mattress. The desk staff were not helpful. We had to insist on them changing me to another room for Sunday night. We checked that new room and saw that the mattress was encased in a mattress cover and appeared to be bug-free. However, upon checking the room further, we found a moldy pizza box in a drawer and a half used shampoo sample in the shower. We have taken photos and called the corporate office. We are still waiting for a response from them.
