We stayed at this location for two nights this past weekend (Feb 17th and 18th). The first night our son found bedbug traps in the corners of our room (thank goodness we found the poison before he got it into his mouth) We could not see any bedbugs in the traps so we assumed it was just a precaution (come to find out they had replaced the traps right before we had entered the room). The second day we had woken up to multiple bedbugs on our bed sheets. We tried to call the front desk to complain and came to find out the phones did not work in any rooms. We went downstairs to bring this up and noticed the elevators safety inspection had expired almost 6 months ago. We got to the lobby to find out the manager was on vacation and no one could help us with our concerns. The manager did not call us back after requested and when she did pick up the phone a few days later, she refused to help us with our concerns and actually hung up on us! Very unprofessional and dirty!
