August 9, 2019. I found bedbugs in the bed along with the blood like spots on the linen and pillows. My niece had bites on her. When I called down they didn't seem concerned but was willing to switch my room and that was it. The room was not taken care of and they rented it to someone else that day. In my new room 912 there was a bed bug again! When I called down again to complain the desk clerk said what did you want me to do about it. They were even reluctant to give me garbage bags to wrap my stuff. I left with 3 children at midnight for a 7+ hour drive. The clerk said I had to pay the full amount because he had no one to clean the room and it could not be verified that it was bedbugs. He knew nothing about what happened during the day. He was not going to call his manager and said he was the night manager. They did not to accommodate me or check the room with me.either time! The customer service was horrible not even any help to transfer room.
