Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Checked in Oct 4. Room 204 was absolutely disgusting. I asked for another room and was repeatedly told the hotel was full. I was told to check with front desk at noon the next day, which I did. When I came back to the hotel I was told that the only room available was across the hall. I refused it.Thinking the whole hotel was dirty, I said I wanted a refund so I could check into to Marriott. I was upgraded to a clean room. When I got home spots appeared on my arms. A doctor confirmed bed bug bites. I called and was told (too quickly) that there had been no reports of BB. I was granted a full refund, but will not be staying there again. Very poor housekeeping.
