Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

07/16/2026-I stayed in a double queen room with my mother. I awoke covered in bites and found 3 live well-fed bed bugs on my comforter and many blood spots on my sheets. We attempted multiple times to call the manager, but no one would answer the phone. We then contacted our credit card company who advised us that they would then handle all communication with the hotel going forward. Later the manager called and said she would get an exterminator out and let us have another room, however, we declined and chose to leave the establishment
