BEDBUGS! I wanted to inform you on how extremely unsanitary and unprofessional this hotel and staff were with me and my husband and children. I have video proof and pictures if needed. Hoping to save atleast one family from the hassle of dealing with the same situation as us. This was booked through Booking.com and Nikko from booking.com was very kind and so helpful to us. The hotel themselves denied us our total refund and said we would lose the whole 5 days of money we paid for the reservation. Booking.com is hopefully soon going to be refunding the money for us and charging the hotel, since pictures were available off the unlivable conditions. We booked from 06/30/2026 to 07/05/2026 Room 105 The staff member was extremely unhelpful. She refused to even call her manager to let them know of the situation. Even after my husband told her the condition of the room or that we had pictures and video proof. Horrible experience -2 out of 5 stars
