June 5th 2026 Spent 1 night on June 4 - in the morning, found bedbugs crawling in sheets - reported to front desk, who sent housekeeping. Housekeeping confirmed bedbugs, (I had trapped one under a cup) but they removed the cup, folded sheets over the bug and left it, after saying they had previously reported bedbugs in a neighboring room to the manager, but nothing had been done. I followed up with front desk, who said she had reached out to manager (not on site), and she would be calling us. No call was received in the following 48hrs, so call was made to hotel on June 7. I spoke with same front desk attendant, who said her manager would not be on site again until Wed (June 10). I requested that contact be made with manager to expedite ANY sort of response, left my name and phone number (again). Still waiting.
