We just stayed here on Friday, March 6, 2026 and checked out in the wee hours of the morning on Saturday, March 7, 2026. I could not sleep as I kept getting bit by something. Took a shower and reported it to management. They originally gave me a $10 refund but I told them I would be contacting the manager. Called back several times to speak with a manager to be told they were not there. We stopped back in before we left for the weekend. Office called management and gave us full refund. My boyfriend and I are covered from head to toe in bed bug bites.

Checked in 3/13/2026 to room 207. The room was definitely not the best but I was in a pinch and just got off work. I laid down and kept tossing and turning I sat up looking for something like I felt something crawling on me. I then saw something moving on my pillow to find a fat bedbug right on my pillow where I was laying. I panicked got my stuff told the office they offered another room which I did not want to stay there anymore after being bitten then they offered a partial refund which I also declined! They do not care I stayed at the hotel right behind it and saw a new customer coming out of that room!!! They are still renting it In the same condition. This is not right not only am I traumatized but I threw my stuff away and they took my money. I told them I would contact and report authorities! I have videos and pictures.
