Sunday, December 4th, 2016 when my son got out of the bed next to the window to get dressed, I spotted a tiny moving red speck. I squished it with the corner of a pillow and it made a red blood spot. I found another red speck and did the same thing with the same result. Housekeeping was notified and they told me to tell the front desk. I informed the young lady at the desk and she said sorry. She did not seem overly concerned. ,

Saturday, January 24, 2026 10:00AM My daughter and I stayed in the hotel the night before, I did a preliminary check of the bedding upon arrival and did not notice anything. Went to breakfast in the morning and when we came back to the room to gather our things to leave there was a bed bug crawling across the bed my daughter slept in. I called the front desk and they sent their lead housekeeper who also confirmed the bug. I asked for everything to be documented and I was told that it would be and the manager would be calling me later that day. I did not receive a call. I tried calling Monday and finally got a hold of the manager on Tuesday. He did not apologize, handled the situation VERY poorly, was very dismissive, and ultimately passed me off to IHG Guest Relations. I have an open case with them and the OH State Fire Marshall. My advice, do not stay at this location EVER!
