1. BEDBUG Incident 11:45pm 12/25/2025 2. Immediately reported to front desk who informed me that management was out for the night and she wasn't able to do anything. There was no apology or sympathy for our situation. I had to ask to get a new room and she seemed bothered by my request so I said we would be leaving to another hotel that night. I thought the interaction was apathetic and rude considering my wife had several bites and I have small children as well that I now had to try and separate the contaminated clothing and move us to another hotel late at night.
