Stayed at San Marina Oct 17,2025, RM 110, at 1 am I noticed a small red bug crawling across my white pants while laying in the bed, I remove the sheets and blankets to find bed bugs on the mattress blacks dots everywhere and more bed bugs down in the creases of the mattress I immediately contacted management they changed my room in which that room also had bed bugs and said that there was nothing that they could do until Monday morning when they had a company come out to inspect the rooms and then if they detected bed bugs they would refund my money I contacted them yesterday which was Wednesday and they said they didn't know anything about it at least the guy who answered the buzzer and upon calling today the October 23rd they said that the company did not detect any bed bugs even though I had shown them the pictures with their comforters and their bed attire and which the lady still wanted to argue with me but she changed her room and not more than 10 minutes after changing our room to room 107 I took pictures of one crawling across the bed needless to say we didn't sleep that night so when I called today they said that their manager refuses to do anything and will not issue any refunds even though I had to have my stuff professionally cleaned and even then I ended up just throwing it all out because I wasn't taking the chance of infestation my home I have pictures of these bed bugs that they claim that they don't have. I am very disappointed.
