Woke up with bed bug bites after sleeping in room 406. Took two days of pestering the manager (read: waiting in long lines at the front desk, then more waiting, then having to follow-up again and again by showing up at the front desk since phone lines were not answered) to get the pest inspection and they said they didn't find anything. But the evidence was already on my body. And a Google review from 2 months prior also listed bed bugs in the same room 406. Missed most of my conference waiting and trying to get answers, then spending a few hours at the laundromat since their guest laundry was broken. Management promised a refund, but nothing yet a couple days since I've departed, so will have to keep pestering them. I can see they are understaffed and have a lot of issues as it is an older hotel with a renovation planned for next year, but still unacceptable.
