Paid for a month. Talked with mgmt 3rd day after waking up to itchy ankles with bumps I could feel but not see, and red bite marks under a boob on trunk of body. Mgmt said I had to prove I was being bitten and I stammered and gestured that it was in a covered spot. Mgmt just stood there blinking, refusing to believe me unless I disrobed. I mumbled I would ‘ figure it out’ and left. I stopped sleeping under the covers, instead pulling them tight and tucking them all under mattress including bedcover- no more bites. In meantime, I asked for housekeeping three times to come vacuum- first I was told they only cleaned Tuesday and Thursday- later seeing cleaners on saturdays and sundays. After two no shows, I just stopped a gal and asked for towels three weeks in and a few days later saw a housekeeping cart and vaccine sitting while they took break, so I vacuumed my own room and grabbed a new tissue box, returning the vaccine. Saturday October 18, 2025, noticing the second overhead bed lamp wasn’t plugged, I pulled the bed out from the wall to plug it in. Not only is the outlet a fire danger, but it was then I noticed movement along the mattress. I tried calling mgmt 2x from room phone but they did not answer either time, though both mgmt cars are here. Since I already paid for a full month on October 12, I now have to figure out how to leave here bug free.
