We checked in October 4, 2025 during the night as we were sleeping we were bitten by bedbugs. We woke up with itchy red spots all over from our head to our toes. October 5, 2025 dealing with increasing itching, swelling, redness, pains, etc. We reported the bedbugs infestation but the young lady at front desk said they don't have bedbugs and have never had them. I asked to speak with the Manager, and was told no Manager was available. I asked for a number to reach her and was told by the same front desk worker that tomorrow morning she would be in. She would let her know and have wrote my complaints down concerning the bedbugs. We're unable to get any relief as the bedbugs bites continue to swell, itch, very painful all over our bodies. We have pictures of all of this and would not recommend this location.
